Room is fully furnished with a dresser and a bed and TV. Table and vanity in the room can easily be removed if needed. Private bathroom attached. Full access to living room with additional seating and TV. Washer and dryer included. Only bills are electric and internet. Water is included in rent.

I am the only person living at this address. I stay to myself and do not interfere. I do value my privacy and work nights so I am pretty quiet. I have two cats that are very friendly. I am willing to share my furniture and belongings in the kitchen. And laundry. I am willing to share pictures and video on request.
