I recently purchased the home. It is fully renovated, with brand new appliances. The property is on a half acre so there is plenty of space for pets to roam or vehicles. The lease is a month to month lease of $900 for a private bedroom, with shared bathroom. Upon moving in, the first month and last month will be due. $100/month additional for pet upon approval. I am a single male in college. I have my son that comes to visit me 2 times a week, but other than that I’m hardly home. I work a lot. Im very clean and friendly so I’d expect the same from my roommate.
