Furnished room with full bed, tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium), dresser, night stands, lamps, linens, and private full bath, walk-in closet. Nice park nearby, close to Carson Tahoe, Washoe Clinic, and CVMC. Near Jake’s Pond. Pretty view and very convenient for eating out, or big kitchen for cooking. Several gyms in area as well as Douglas Co. Rec Center. Room is on opposite side of house from my master & office so you’ll have privacy and can enter from the garage if you prefer. There is storage space in the garage and dedicated street parking.

Prefer female. No smoking/vaping/drugs or additional pets. Must like small, older, foo-foo dogs (2) who love to cuddle, they don’t shed. I have a housekeeper coming 1x a month and can increase if needed (extra). 30 day notice, month to month.
