1 room in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house available. Can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. There is a large basement and backyard, in the backyard there is a shed you’re welcome to use to store outdoor gear or items ie. bikes, garden supplies, pots. You are also welcome to store stuff in the basement. plenty of space for things. We could even set up space in there for you to have a workspace. currently being used for storage and a pantry. Other rooms in the house include the sunroom. This room we use for plants and the cats get away room so they have their own space from the dogs. There is a washer and dryer in the house, everyone has certain days for laundry to be done. Depending on needs and when you’d want your days to be. Dining room and living room are the shared social spaces. we can make room for your items if there’s stuff you’d like to bring into the common areas. All of our furniture or items are able to be shared (except things like personal electronics). Kitchen is also a shared space but also limited in terms of storage. There is no dishwasher so all of your dishes would need to be handwashed. Bathroom, there is only 1 bathroom in the house. It is a tad bit small, so we all have to do our part to keep that space tidy.

My partner Tim and I share a room in the house. We have two dogs (boy and girl both fixed, large/med size breeds) and two cats (boy and girl also fixed) between us. We are outgoing people who like to socialize but that’s not mandatory. Occasionally we have friends over but rarely large groups unless there’s a holiday event going on. We are expecting our first child this winter. Hazel (our roommate) has one room to themselves that they share with their Unneutered male dog. Hazel is selectively social most times and will keep to themselves. Hazel is planning to move out October first (no beef between us, hazel just does not want to be around babies and is choosing to leave).
