There is a fully enclosed backyard that connects directly to the communal greenspace. There is also a spacious back deck for entertaining. Front and backyard maintenance is covered by the owners.

Communal areas are in the process of being furnished by current tenant. There is a dining room set, and TV setup in the living room.

Furnace is newly replaced, and there is in-house laundry and a dishwasher.

Non-smoking property Lease terms are flexible and security deposit is half a months rent ($350). Pets OK but terms will be agreed upon with the landlord. Utilities will be split between tenants. High speed unlimited internet is available ($90 divided by tenants)
