Available now Its upstairs and you’d be sharing a bathroom with my 12 yo daughter. We’ve had a roomate prior and they just moved out and she actually likes being upstairs knowing someone else is around sometimes so with that being said I’m looking for someone who’s needing a room for rent. You’d have access to the living room, kitchen, and back porch just right outside your door. I live in the bottom half of the house and cook randomly but have no issues sharing the space.
