Akasha's room

Room with attached kitchenette. Can be furnished for additional charge. This room is extra large around 19 feet long 11 feet wide (200 sq feet) double the size of an average room. It has added privacy as it is on the other side of the house and not near any other bedrooms. Bathroom shared w 1 person. The carpet is new. The adjoining private kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator, a microwave and a table. You will also share the full kitchen with a washer and dryer. Street parking and outside cannabis smoking only. Market down the street. No shoes in the house. No pets. Since your total private space is 300sq feet and 2 rooms there is no shared living room. Back door entry opens to kitchen and room rental door.

We are a couple and live in a four bedroom house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We’ve lived here 2 years with families and retirees as neighbors.The household is calm. Home is a place to relax and enjoy a safe space. We do not generally have visitors. We are professionals and business owners. I work from home. The other roommate is a male and works 7 days a week. We keep to ourselves but would appreciate an independent and trustworthy person to share space with.
