This apartment complex is located right across the street from santa fe college and about 15 minutes from UF. Theres a publix 3 minutes away and various food eating places like mcdonalds, wendys, dunkin donuts, etc. Looking for a subleaser. Its a 3x3 with shared living space. Its fully furnished including a washer and dryer and living room TV. There is a screened in patio also where you are welcome to smoke. Rent is 509 without utility bill which varies from 100-150$. About the roomies
I just finished santa fe college and will be attending school out of state. There is currently only one other roomate there who is male. It is a LGBTQ friendly space, any gender welcome.
