The house is quiet, tidy, sanctuary vibes, eclectic decor, hardwood floors throughout. Sometimes I burn incense, sage or palo santo. There is a whole house water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water. The backyard has high fences, quiet neighbors, multiple seating areas, an organic veggie garden and tropical plants! I have 2 empty bedrooms, because I like having a guest room in the sanctuary. The pictures include both a furnished bedroom and an empty one. I’d be happy with you renting either one. The unfurnished one is $1500/mo. My office is a second large living room which I spend most of my time in, so the pictured one is pretty much entirely yours. I only want to live with one other person, so I’m not accepting couples.

I’m a work from home portrait photographer for pets and their people. The dog in the photo isn’t mine. I’m tidy and have a way of doing things in the house that makes sense. For example I have 2 sponges in the kitchen. A dingy one with a clipped corner for dirty jobs like the floor and a cleaner one for dishes. I’m not a clean freak per se, but I do need to keep the place tidy. I enjoy hosting game night and music jams from time to time, but we’re never late, rowdy or large groups and you’re welcome to join if you’re into the activity. I do a lot of yoga and enjoy hiking, the beach and other outdoor activities. I’m seeking a roomie who “goes to work” at an outside location during regular hours. It’s important that we have a friendly arrangement with a centerpiece of honest, straightforward communication. We don’t have to become bffs, cool if we DO, but friendly is necessary.
