Fully furnished apartment (room is unfurnished), in a newly renovated duplex, with high ceilings and hardwood floors. Completely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in the unit. All the floors have been refinished, all new windows, a brand new wooden sun deck and a spacious three season porch. The front and backyard space is shared with the lower unit.

Rent is $725 a month + gas, electricity, and internet which is split 3 ways. A one year lease is required and upon moving in you would pay first month’s rent + security deposit (1 month’s rent). No pets unfortunately. No smoking. Street parking (easy to find).

Hello, my name is Kelly Waters and I am the owner of this duplex. It would be sharing the upper unit with my daughter, Sequoia and her roommate, Mayrel, both are in their mid 20s. They are clean, kind, respectful roommates and looking for the same to share this amazing space! They both enjoy spending time with friends, thrifting, cooking, working out, and gardening.
