Paul's room

This is a 1 bedroom with a jack and jill bathroom attached on the second floor. House is 2800 square feet, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath. 1/2 shared bath on the first floor. Rent of $750 per month plus $250 deposit includes 1 private bedroom and shared bathroom with a double sink along with access to all common areas. Two bedrooms and a private bathroom will be $975 per month plus deposit. Yard is 1/3 of an acre and has an outdoor grill for all to use. Bedroom can be furnished if needed. All utilities are paid including high speed internet. Washer and dryer are available with no extra cost. There is also 1 garage space available for an extra $100. House will be shared by 2 roommates (1 male, 1 female) who are between 35 and 50 years old. There is a limit of one person per bedroom.

There are currently two roommates aged 35-50 years old. One resides on the first floor and the other 2 on the second floor.
