Property is located in Fridley MN off of 694 and Central Ave. great location to get to places around the metro within 20 minutes. 5 minute drive from gyms, Target and other restaurants. Room is located in a finished basement and you will have your own private bathroom. Living room in basement will be open to all but you have more accessibility to it. Utilities are not included and will be divided amongst the 3 people living in the house.

I purchased this home and will be living in the property as well. Roommate and I are Catholic women in their late 20’s. We both like to hang out with family, go to mass on Sundays, cook yummy dinners at home, have friends over, drink wine and have a good time. During the winter we are home bodies and during the summer we are outdoors creatures always looking to have fun and explore.
