Hey! I’m AJ and I recently moved into a 2 bedroom, 1-bath house in the Golden/Lakewood area. I am currently looking for a roommate to fill the second room (shown in photos). There is a full kitchen, large living/dining area, garage port and awesome back deck (shown in photos). The house is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from downtown Golden, a 10-minute drive to Red Rocks, and boasts many nearby parks, trails, groceries, restaurants, breweries and shopping.
*Rent is $900/month not including utilities and internet. Utilities + Internet usually total around $150/month which would be split by both of us. A little bit about me: I am a 31-year-old civil engineer who enjoys spending a lot of time outdoors (camping, backpacking, biking, snowboarding, golfing, etc.). Other hobbies I enjoy are practicing yoga, music, cooking, traveling and hanging out with friends. I am very active but also find pleasure in relaxing, watching movies, doing puzzles, reading books or just hanging out and conversating. On weekends I am usually camping or snowboarding depending on the season. I am friendly, respectful, and clean, and I’m hoping to find a roommate who shares similar values and interests. The house will be shared with my sweet and playful dog Brix. He is a happy boy and loves everyone. Other dogs are welcome. No pet fee, just a one-time $300 refundable deposit.
Additionally, there is a one-time $900 refundable deposit (one month’s rent) and the current lease expires in July 2024.
