Hello potential roommate!

The apartment is on the lower-floor, has a small patio, and a decent amount of space. Parking is no issue, as the lot has a good amount of space, and there is adequate lighting so you won’t have to worry about theft (never had to deal with it on my end).

This apartment is located in a good neighborhood, and also close to many shops & stores (on Pacific HWY). You will also find a direct bus route right from the front of the apartment.

There is on-site laundry, but I prefer to use the laundry-mat that is about 3 blocks away.

Power is around $50-60/mo around winter, and $30-50/mo around summer. Internet is always $30/mo.

30 years old, clean.

I’m a green-thumb. I recycle, and I enjoy plants.

Currently working as a property technician full-time, and a web-developer on the site. So you’ll see me home a good amount of time.

I usually keep to myself, and go out ever-so-often. When I do go out, it usually when I’m throwing an event or going to one.
