I am detail oriented, overly considerate, a ton of fun and I work from home. I am used to having my own space, but am happy to provide your private accommodations. I occupy 1st floor floor most of the day as I work from home. Your bedroom can double as office / bedroom space. Includes new desk / new chair. I am looking for someone who wants to feel that their space is their room, but is also welcome to take a trip to the beach together once in a while lol

Because I work from home, it seems ideal to rent this room to someone who does not also work from home. I am flexible.
