This is my first house, in highly desired “Embassy Courts”. I am currently living alone, in 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. New hurricane windows and shutters, keyless entry. Gated community / security cameras. Dogs welcome - upon “approval” by my Chi-Pin. He is 6 lb Min Pin / chihuahua mix; rescue. Every dog, every child, literally everyone loves him. I just want him to be happy:)

• 2 Minute walk to the #1 Elementary school in South Florida / quiet, calm neighborhood.

• The bedroom is large, includes new desk / chair, and chaise lounge - (can be removed). Good closet space. Ceiling light /fan. Located in separate “wing” of the townhome.

• Home Garage storage available for $ monthly charge.

• Access to Embassy Lakes pool (10min walk through adjoining neighborhood).

I live here alone. I am detail oriented, a ton of fun.. and work from home. I am used to having all of my own space.. or sharing it with my husband lol. So.. I do welcome the company, but do occupy the 1st floor floor most of the day - the kitchen and living room are of course shared spaces, though. Just be considerate:) The kitchen is always available. Your bedroom can double as office / bedroom,“. Please provide your own bed. Dresser available - shelving in closet.

• Gorgeous sunlight, good blinds also. Your family/ Guests are welcome, I just need a heads up - will have to grant them gate access. I go to church. I am an amazing cook. I do not have my car. My husband does. Yay lol. I LOVE the beach - would love to give a kind, stable house guest, a beautiful home.

Rent is month to month. Either party can renew, or give notice of non - renewal, by the 21st day of any month.
