I bought this house in 2021 when I moved here for a job. Houses were cheaper than apartments at the time. I’ve had to make many upgrades to the house since it will save me money in the long run. These upgrades (new pool, new windows and doors, new flooring, new washer and dryer, new pipes/plumbing) have all cost a lot of money so now I’m thinking it would be great to have a roommate or two. I live here by myself with an 11 year old cat and a 6 week old kitten. I have the best neighbors who are helpful, friendly, and have been my best friends. The area is quiet, but still close to everything as I’m in Clovis just east of the Costco. I have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. I am open to doing only 1 roommate as well as 2 roommates depending on who has interest and the opinions of who talks to me. With 1 roommate, you’d have your own bathroom. I can do cheaper rent if I have 2 roommates.

I’m the only one living here. I am a Field Engineer with Ford Motor Company. I have between 12-26 dealers that I assist depending on the month. I’m quiet, laid back, and respectful.
