Cambridge Street

Renting 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in my new townhouse. Place is close to Girard Street, fairmount park, and Fairmount in general. Parking in plentiful. Room is furnished and there’s plenty of sheets. No cats but dogs are okay. Common spaces are mostly furnished but I’m actively working on that. There will be rooftop furniture, grill, couches for the basement soon. I travel a ton so place will be yours for the most part.

I’m Brendon. I’m big on golfing, snowboarding, sports, video/board games, and I read quite a bit. I enjoy going out to bars, clubs, and dancing at a rave. I’ll also go to concerts and comedy shows from time to time.

I’m a clean and organized guy, and I try to have a cleaning crew come in once a month just to make sure things are nice since I travel a lot. I’m usually active in the kitchen too, so no shortage of food in my place.

Overall, as a roommate, I’m lowkey and just chill. Don’t intrude on your space. We can hang if you’d like or I’m fine just living in the same house. But I’m respectful of your space.
