Looking for a roommate, preferably in their 20s. Siblings live here and need one more roommate (one female, one male). This is a 4 bedroom home, 1 bedroom will be extra for an office, work out room, tv room, etc. This will be for a private room with a shared bath (with one other person). Utilities (electricity, water, garbage and internet) are included in the price. $250 deposit.

I’m renting the house to my children. My daughter is 25 and works night shift, she just graduated from ASU with her Masters degree. My son is 21 and works 2nd shift.

I will be living in Cincinnati, but will come to visit on a regular basis.
