Felspar Street

This is arguably the best place/best landlords I’ve ever rented from. This is a pet-free, smoke-free 2 bed, 2.5 townhome located on Felspar St near the Bakery. 2 parking spots (very tight). Washer/Dryer in-unit. Extremely well-kept and landlords quick to respond with any issues. The landlords put a big emphasis on this being a no crazy-rager household. That doesn’t mean no fun just no large/loud parties where the place looks like a wet frat basement after. I’ve had groups of friends over for dinner parties/small pre-games with no issues.

It is a quiet family-oriented neighborhood with the occasional party here and there! No AC but heat during winter. The walls pretty thin so easy to hear noise. I currently use sound machine noises if I can hear my roommate.

My current roommate moving out 10/31/23 so looking for someone to fill her space! It would just be us two. Female only please. Non smoker and no recreational drug use. Prefer a fellow early bird as I am usually in bed early on weeknights. I am a busy orthopedic surgical Physician Assistant who wakes up early frequently (4:30/5 AM) to hit the gym prior to going to work. I’ve noticed it’s easy to hear noise so a sound machine may be worth purchasing! I also take call over the year and will have periods of time where I will have a pager/phone ringing at me through various hours of night which I am required to take those calls (roughly 4-6 weeks/year). Other than that I am clean, easy to communicate with, and enjoy a good time when I’m not working. I am in a happy relationship and spend a good chunk of time at my boyfriends place as well. Work can sometimes be rough so I do occasionally prefer my alone time in my room so don’t take offense! Not expecting to be super close with future roommate but it would certainly be a bonus if we get along/become friends. I am a big gym/yoga/pilates girl and would love a buddy to go with <3.
