Room for rent in a 2 bed / 2 bath suite condo. The room has its own private entrance to the condo and private attached restroom. Washer & dryer are in the unit. Full kitchen access. The condo is in a gated community with a small gym, pool, jacuzzi, grills, outdoor space, and assigned parking. No overnight guests, except on weekends. Located on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Will be sharing the place with me and my boyfriend (we share the second room). NOTE: Must be okay with cats - I own a cat who loves people.

Rent: $1350 for 6 months (negotiable) utilities not included.

Utilities that will be split evenly(between 3 people) include electricity and gas. Assigned parking and internet are included in rent. Water and trash included in rent.

Located right next to Super King, McDonald’s Jamba Juice, Blaze Pizza, etc. 5 minutes to South Coast Plaza / Costco, Trader Joes, Target, Vons, CVS, etc. 15 minutes to Irvine Spectrum / UCI Easy access to 405, 55, 5 freeways.

I am a 29 year old working professional who works in office 3 days a week & WFH 2 days a week (sometimes more or less). Boyfriend works in construction, is introverted and stays in our room a majority if not all the time. I keep to myself but always happy to chat and hang out if i’m available. I’m a big music & musical theatre person, love going salsa/bachata dancing & going to festivals. Im also big on fitness & health, play tennis, and go to the gym regularly. We tend to stay up late, but are respectful and make sure to keep noise to a minimum.
