About the room
Hey!
We’re looking to fill a room in our 5 bed 3 bath house as soon as possible! A spacious room downstairs! Parking is regularly available and free! Rent is $1,050
The house has a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen that are all shared. Stonestown mall is close by and a grocery store is 5 minutes walking distance as well as multiple bus stops less than 100 yds from the house. It is a 10 minute walk to ocean beach and located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of parking for cars. 10 minutes from SFSU and a bus that goes straight to USF.

About the roomies
The house is already filled with 4 girls all with our own spaces that are looking for other females in their low to mid 20’s. We are students of USF and SFSU that would prefer other students to live with. There is an ESA dog already in the house, so no pets can move in. We are looking for someone who is great with communication, cleaning up after themselves, and courteous to others.
