My husband and I have been married for 45 years and are empty nesters we are recently retired and want to offer our home to a roommate. We have space in our spacious home to rent out a room. Our home is large enough that having a roomie will not impinge on shared space. We house one other roommate who is our close family member and is retired as well . We frequent our vacation home at least twice a month so you will at times have the place to yourself.
