Price includes water, electricity, and internet. Bathtub has to be shared but can have your own toilet and sink if you wish. Mattress does not come with room although it’s a queen for reference. Rest of the house furnished, although if you have furniture not for your room it can be placed in the garage. It comes with a washer/dryer as well. If anyone has allergies I have a cat.

Looking for a female roommate or couple. If couple price will be higher.
