We have a room + private bathroom available in a house until December near downtown Tempe! (Mitchell Park neighborhood, about 1 mile from ASU)
Me & my girlfriend are the people living here now + my girlfriend’s dog and 2 cats. We are really clean (and have a robo vacuum/mop) and quiet. Rent for the room/bath is $950 and total comes out to about $1000-$1100 after utilities.
In unit laundry, responsive land lord, street parking.
We’re definitely home bodies haha and like to play video games, hike, grill, etc. We are both 25 and young professionals so would love a roommate that is in a similar life stage.
