Hello! We are searching for a roommate to fill a spot starting October 23rd! Ideally we’d like for someone to sign on for the year (lease) with the opportunity to stay longer if desired. The collective cost of the unit is $1595. For this room you’ll pay $546/per month.

I’m looking to sublet a room in Uptown not far from the lake and close to the Wilson redline and purple line stop, #36 Broadway, #78 Montrose, and #151 Sheridan bus stops. We’re right by a Ross clothing emporium along with Target, Aldi, and Jewel Osco grocery stores! Close to Argyle and Buena Park with plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from!

$14 per month for internet 110MB & $17 per month for electric
