This is close to AIRBUS. fenced in private property on 2 acres of land. off street parking. Washer and Dryer available. 15 minute drive to downtown or the mall. Several rooms to choose from. plenty of room so if you want to be social or prefer privacy you’ll have it here. there is a big back yard with picnic tables and grills. I didn’t click “furnished” or Pets but this can be discussed. I have plenty furniture if a furnished room is needed. Pets would depend on the situation. Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! but a cool dog or cat perhaps. Honestly Id love to get a couple Capybaras for the property. Other details are ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS.PERIOD. if that’s the place you’re looking for there are plenty out there. This is NOT it. No smoking in the house,ever. No-one here smokes at all actually. One guy did at first then quit all together. Renters insurance is required. It is just a good idea anywhere with the world the way it is and crazy weather and such.

I myself own the property. I moved back after years abroad and few years in Washington north of Seattle. I have lived in New Orleans, Atlanta,Chicago and several countries. I love good food and good vibes. there are 2 others on the property(separate houses). One an Army Veteran and the other a “traveling salesman”. We all are from Louisiana; Lake Charles, Houma and myself, New Orleans.
