Located in Niwot Colorado in the cozy Morton Heights subdivision, we have a master bedroom for rent in a residence on a quiet Cul-de-sac. The house and bedroom have a stunning backdrop of the Front Range and offers picturesque views of the Twin Peaks.

It has a huge fenced-in backyard that is the envy of every dog owning friend I have.

The sizable main floor has a large kitchen and a living room with lots of windows and futon couch. A large slider leads out onto a deck that overlooks the backyard. There is also a laundry room on the main floor.

In the walk out basement below, there is a spacious game room/ lounge with plenty of seating and a pool table for the use of the tenants.

On the main level there is an unfurnished master bedroom. We are seeking $1250 for the 15’ x 17’ Master Bedroom (which comes with its own bathroom and walk in closet- 7’ x 5’).

Outside parking will be available to those who rent from us. The house is air conditioned in the Summer/ heated in the Winter. High speed internet and utilities are included in your rent.

Pets are available on a case by case basis on the owner’s discretion. If you have a pet, an additional $50/ month will be added to your rent.

We require one month’s worth of rent for a security deposit, two if you have a pet. We are seeking 6 month leases with the tenants.

There is a $35 application fee (background check, paid via credit card).

I’m an architectural designer/ consultant in my early thirties and I do plenty of remote work. I’m generally pretty quiet and nerdy. I enjoy playing card games with friends, and do a lot of reading and writing. I have friends over occasionally (often on the weekends). I’m seeking roommates I can get along with, I’m not fussed about age or gender. I’m open to renting to couples.

The other roommates are quiet and respectful and mainly keep to themselves. One is a lab tech and the other just moved out to Colorado!
