Di Fiore Drive

The property is a 1500 sqft townhouse split between 3 people all with separate rooms. Since my room is the biggest I pay $1250 of $3250. The room has a its own bathroom, walk in closet, vanity, and a balcony. There is plenty of storage in the house, parking is very easy since we have a driveway and garage. Plenty of street parking too. Laundry is shared with the rest of the units, however there are laundry hookups in the garage as well. The place is located right behind SJCC, a 7 minute walk; and a 8 minute drive to SJSU. Also very close to the VTA light rail for commutes.

Since I am leaving, the two roommates are both guys. To be frank they aren’t very clean, but occasionally they do try to keep things tidy. They also aren’t that loud and keep to themselves most of the time. Both are also college students and working. There is also a cat living in the house.
