this apartment is a duplex in south tampa right off bayshore! the duplex comes with a private backyard, your own bedroom, shared bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and a hose out front. the driveway can fit two cars in tandem but there’s always plenty of street parking available. this space is newly renovated and super clean, fresh, and light.

i’m a 23 year old who works from home full time for a consulting firm and is pretty career driven. when i’m not working, i’m teaching yoga at a studio in downtown tampa. i’m really easy going but really value a clean space and someone who can appreciate this space and location. i would love to be friends / roommates with whoever lives here. i also create art, listen to records, read, write, take care of plants, thrift, and go to markets when i have free time.
