This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. Tenants will have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room, backyard, pantry, refrigerator and half bathroom downstairs. All the rooms pricing is with utilities included, with the understanding if you would like garage access, or the A/C, heater or light used more it will be an additional fee. There will be one room available March 1. You can inquire about either.

The first room is the primary suite. It is 14 x 16 ft. It has a tv mounted on wall, shelving and bed frame already in room. It also has its own bathroom with two smaller walk in closets. It has 3 windows which allow lots of natural light during the day. The rent for this room would be $1200/month.

The second room option is 10.5 x 10.5 ft. It is mostly unfurnished and does share a bathroom. It has a tv mount with tv and dresser available. The room has two windows allowing lots of natural light. The rent for this room is $950/month

We are located right across the street from a small park, with a larger park about 2 blocks away. It is a nice and quiet community. We are only a few blocks away from two large shopping centers with tons of shopping and restaurants (Target, Applebees, Raising Canes, Wendy’s, Costco, Starbucks, Ulta, soon to be TJ Maxx and Home Goods, etc).

I will be living in the home as well. I am a very chill, go with the flow person. Most of the time I stay to myself but can be social as well. Want the home to be a peaceful place with no drama. All I ask is that each roommate respect each other and the house.
