Sylvia's room

This is a house with a private bedroom. The room is 10 x 10.5, with a queen sized bed already set up. There is also a tv already in the room. There is lots of street parking and shared use of the kitchen and living room. We are located right across the street from a small park, with a larger park about 2 blocks away. It is a nice and quiet community. We are only a few blocks away from a large shopping center with restaurants (Target, Applebees, Ulta, etc). Looking for female roommates only.

I live in the home. I am pretty quiet and reserved. I ask roommates to respect each other, the house and privacy.
