This is a really nice house in a quiet neighborhood, yet there are restaurants, movie theater and grocery store in walking distance. Could possibly make a garage spot available for the right tennant. This room is a large basement room, that could hold your bed & a couch if you desired.

About me, I’m a chef, I work insane hours and I am seldom home. I always cook for the house, just tell me what you like to eat. Furthermore, I have two old labs that are super sweet and as they age they’re fairly docile. I work too much to party
