The house is located on a dead-end street. I have a bedroom for rent. The room has two dressers and a closet. There is a 40“ LG tv, loaded with everything on it. The internet is 800gig, and unlimited. There is a Maytag Washer and Dryer in the basement. You can park in the driveway. The Neighbor hood is very quiet. The backyard is open to 8 acres of school land.
About the roomies
I live here alone, and I have a Beagle name Rocky. I am retired and have situation with my Kidneys which keeps me from working and keeping up with the housework. So, I am looking for someone to help me keep the house clean. Rent will be adjusted to helping me with the cleaning. It will not be that much.
