Own room with own bathroom far from the room we are in. Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Close to parks, restaurants, and many other places. Galleria less than 15 minutes away and close to the backroads to get to sacramento.
About the roomies
Me and my girlfriend are the only ones living here with 2 cats and 1 puppy. We are in our mid 20s, easygoing and very friendly. Dont have many restrictions in terms of alcohol. The cats are indoor cats so we have to becareful leaving the door open but friendly. The puppy is a puppy, pottytrained with lots of energy. They do shed.
