Looking for a roommate to share a 1000 square foot house in the Edgewood Park neighborhood of Vancouver.
$850 for 1 unfurnished bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor (my bedroom is upstairs, because yay privacy!). Shared kitchen, laundry and living room. The price includes utilities and internet. I prefer a single, working female. It is through a property management company, so you will need to qualify based on income (roughly $2000/month before taxes) and background check. One small/medium dog okay. There is a small fenced yard. I have an older, well behaved dog that your dog would need to get along with.
