I’m looking for a roomate, and the room is available right now June 9th. It is a bedroom with a shared bathroom. No couples, or pets please! Rent is $850. Utilities are included (Water, electricity, High Speed Internet), the use of washer and dryer, and light cooking allowed.
It is a gated community surrounded by beautiful green areas to walk or run. The place is located in a superb neighborhood in Homestead, 12 minutes away from the Homestead Air Force Base, 4 minutes from the Homestead-Miami Speedway , 12 minutes from the Homestead Marina and 34 minutes away from Miami International Airport and University of Miami. Close to Florida Turnpike.
The room is furnished but it can be rented unfurnished as well. I am looking for an individual that has a full time steady job, responsible and with no criminal record. Military or student preferred. If you have a car, you will need to register with the association which is $200, in order to get a tag for your vehicle to be able to come into the gated community.
