Decently large room for an apartment, enough room for a dresser, night stand, desk, and full queen bed. Spacious closet, window out the back of the apartment, looking at the pond. The apartment is a 4 bed 3 bath, so you would have your own room but you would be sharing a bathroom. Very close to UCF, many food places, and activities all over Orlando. Since we have one roommate leaving when our lease is up the security deposit has already been paid, the $150 charge is the price to add you to the lease. The lease is for 1 full year. Rent is split evenly aside from myself who pays the pet fee.

My name is Chris, I am currently a paramedic student at SSC, I have a small dog living with us named Bennie. She loves people, and attention. There are three other roommates living here, one Micheal currently works at Universal Studios. There is one couple in the master bedroom, Reece and Liberty. Reece currently goes to UCF and is working his way to become a psychiatrist. Liberty is in school currently for pre-vet. We are all very nice and clean people whom are fine with both keeping to ourselves or hanging out.
