The 13x15 Master Bedroom is keyed, unfurnished, has its own private bath, double sinks, toilet room, walk-in closet, window blinds, curtains, a ceiling fan with lights, and a garage door opener to park inside the garage.

All utilities (power, gas, water, wi-fi) are included.

Washer and Dryer located on 2nd floor.

Common areas include: living room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs toilet, and patio.

I live full time in California and stay at this property a few days a month. I’m friendly, easy-going, no drama, and am looking for the same types of people to live in my Las Vegas home.
