Shontae's room

I have two bedrooms available in my 3 bedroom apartment located walking distance to UNCW. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown, and 10-15 minutes from Wrightsville. Both rooms are available immediately. Rent is $620 each + utilities which is typically around 30ish depending on the month.

I’m 22 years old and currently working two jobs. I’m also going to school to be an elementary school teacher. So I like to just relax when I’m home. I tend to stay in my room for the most part, since I’m not home all that often. I’ve here for about a year now, and both my roommates have to decide to move out so I’m looking for someone to fill the rooms immediately. I love animals, but I’m too busy to have a dog. I am allergic to cats, but I’m not too crazy about it.
