Right in the middle between Orenco and Tanasbourne, backed up to Rock Creek, the apartment complex is nice and quiet! It’s in walking distance to Whole Foods, Insomnia Coffee, and a whole bunch of other shops. Whether you work at Intel or any of the other tech companies in Hillsboro, you won’t find a better deal than here!

The room itself is great! It has an attached bathroom (shared via another door with the roommate across the hall), and has a decent amount of space to transform it into your own spot. I’ve been very happy with my living arrangement here! I also will potentially have furniture you can have if you’d like, possibly including a bookshelf, a TV stand, a dresser, and a desk! One or more of these items may end up going with me, but if you’re looking to save some money on furnishing your new room, I sure this will help.

The utilities vary from month to month, but even during the highest electricity usage in the summer months I’ve never had to pay over $750 in total when including rent. Feel free to ask any questions you’d like, I’m happy to answer whatever you need to know!

I’m currently moving out of state and looking for a replacement roommate on the lease! We’re all pretty relaxed here and stick to ourselves, so at times it’s almost like living on your own. The two roommates you’ll be sharing the space with both work full time and also enjoy geeky hobbies, so if you’re into board games or video games I’m sure you’ll get along!
