Looking for a third roommate to take over a room in a clean, quiet, and furnished house close to downtown Ventura. The house includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, parking space, washer and dryer, storage in the garage, and a backyard with an ocean view. The room is 14.3 ft x 9.4ft, with a shared bathroom. The neighborhood is very safe, and quiet. You would be living with two full-time employed male adults and a small dog, who like to keep a clean, and organized house. Both males and females are welcome, but no couples. You may have guests over just be considerate of other roommates.

I work as a Sales Man and Manager for an alcoholic beverage company, in my free time I enjoy exercising, reading, and learning. The other roommate Jason enjoys watching Tv and taking his dog coco to the park. We are both social, but we also like giving everyone their space.
