The duplex is located in the Wells Branch area of North Austin and is very close to I-35, restaurants, gyms, etc. There’s also a neighborhood park called Katherine Fleischer Park just a few minutes away. The unit has a one-car garage, spacious backyard, and in-unit laundry. I plan on making one of the 3 bedrooms an at-home office that I’m willing to share.

Him and his wife are moving into one side and I’d like to move into the other (1048 sq. ft.) with a roommate to keep costs down.
