This is a 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, and 2 car garage house with an office room and great floor plan including a breakfast island and office desk setup along with extra cabinets in the kitchen. Big garage with long drive way to park extra cars if in case you have extra visitors.

Spacious kitchen if you love to cook regularly. Nice spacious kitchen with premium cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, including double wall oven.

Neighborhood amenities includes a clubhouse, gym, community pool and walking trails for your use. Plenty of shops and restaurants around within mile and with easy access to Ballantyne, U.S. 521, hwy-485.

Looking for a roommate specifically for my “master bedroom” with attached private bath, and you can access other common areas (Garage, Lawn, Kitchen, Living room, Dinning room, Welcome front room, Porch, Half bath powder room, backyard, coat hanging area, Laundry/dryer room, Driveway area and except office room/other bedrooms/shared bath) of the house with responsible way by following the common household governance rules (Separate document must be signed along with a kind of lease document). 30 days prior notice required if you planning to move out once moved in.

Garage and drive ways are common shared parking areas for everyone staying in the house.

Room is only for “one person” and not for couples/partners/fiance/boyfriends/girlfriends. Guest can visit but stay must be limited with couple of days in a given month. No kids allowed. HOA rules will be followed strictly at the property and will share them with you if you interested with the room and home to get familiarize with.

Smoking is strictly not allowed in and around the house/property and this including vaping products or medical/recreational substance. Absolutely no illegal substances allowed in the property including recreational/medical type products.

No pets allowed except service dog with doctors prescription/letter. No loud music or no partying or no harsh/fast dancing or no gatherings in the house at any time to make sure other individuals staying in the house are not disturbed. no yelling or loud noise in the house.

Keep all your conversation (personal/office) within the Master bedroom and try to keep minimum conversation in the shared area to preserve your privacy. Absolutely no drama can be tolerated in the house.

Need satisfactory complete credit check, background check, income check and ID check. This may not be suitable place for you if you have any allergy/irritation specific to strong spice environment since others may use/cook with strong spices (like curry or red Chili powders and etc…). If you have any specific food allergies please reveal them prior to visit/tour.

Complete the application form prior to your visit and need a government issued active photo ID for verification for security reason when you visit for a tour.

House is not furnished at the moment and you can furnish master bedroom and remove them when you are leaving. Causing any unreasonable inconvenience to other individuals or misuse of the property or violating the lease/contract will be requested to move out of the property with two weeks notice.

You can bring your utensils/cookware if you cook or furniture but make sure there is no damage to the property.

About the roomies

I am the house owner and currently live in one of the bedrooms in the home. I work in Technology Risk Management and also travel for my work. I work from home mostly. I do not drink or smoke. I am a very clean person and respect boundaries. I am an easy going person and give great space when come to personal privacy. I respect everyone and try to offer help when i can. I am not a party type. I love to cook various Indian/non-Indian (Asian) foods and eat different variety of traditional authentic food items. Love walking and driving. I am a very clean person and keep the place tidy and clean.

One more person will be joining soon to occupy another bedroom. I will share the 2nd bathroom in the home with that individual.
