Zach's room

Entire second floor to yourself, approx. 1,500 square feet. This is a 3,000 square foot 2-story home with 2 bed 2.5 bath in the beautiful community of Escena. You will have your own large living room, bathroom, private balcony with beautiful views east, and shared laundry room and communal space. Bedroom is large with a walk-in closet and lots of natural lighting. Upstairs is completely furnished ready for move-in. Relaxing courtyard. Our master bedroom is downstairs so we would only be upstairs for laundry or accessing storage closet. Escena does not offer amenities, but there is a public golf course and restaurant. It is a gated community with a guard from 6a-10:30p.

We are a gay male couple age 34 and 44 that have lived in Palm Springs since Oct 2021 from San Diego. We have three dogs (12 yr Pug, 8 yr, cockapoo, and a 1 yr Golden Doodle), so you MUST be dog person and willing to treat them as your own because our dogs love attention. The dogs stay downstairs and we have gates in place to ensure they are secured downstairs at all times. We both work full-time in the hospitality and the finance industry. We are home pretty often, but do spend a lot of time at the gym, at home cooking, and on the weekends out with friends. We travel often and we usually have a sitter for the dogs that stays at our home. However, if you are willing to dog sit while we travel we can discuss compensation or discounted rent for dog sitting while we are away. We are looking for a gay friendly roommate, that will respect our home and is a clean individual. We want you to feel at home like we do, and would like to meet and get to know you and learn about what you are looking for in renting a room.
