1 regular size/ smaller bedroom with shared bath is available. It’s fully furnished with queen bed, nightstand and dresser.

Fenced backyard. If you have a pet ask me about it. I’m pretty flexible. Same with anything. Just ask!

The property is right by the greenbelt, minutes from Quinn’s Pond, the fairgrounds, downtown and more!

Hi, I’m Mikki, the property owner. I am in the military and will be out of country for several months. I still will receive messages and my parents who live nearby will be the property managers. 1 female currently lives in the house and 1 is moving in end of October. She is a special needs teacher. She’s kind and very respectful of each other’s belongings and space. She tends to keep to herself when at home and is outgoing with her friends and easy to get along with. The other female is a student and likes a very clean living space too.

I love outdoor recreation so I have many toys in the garage. If you like to bike or paddleboard or anything else there is plenty of garage storage.
