I have a private room available for rent inside of a fully furnished apartment, located at the heart of Downtown Orlando area.
Rent is $1300/month - All utilities included (electricity, water, internet) NO PARKING included (extra cost). Deposit of $500 will be required. Month to month leasing (must sign lease agreement).
The unit has washer and dryer in unit, and the building has a 24/7 gym, pool and spa, BBQ grill area.

- 5 min walking to Publix and restaurant area
- 15 min walking to bus station
- 25 min driving to Universal
Must show proof of income or credit score will be checked.

About the roomies
The apartment is shared with me and my husband, and one women rommate. The bathroom is shared with the women rommate. All of us professionals. My husband works mornings and my roomate and me we work together and we have different schedules all the times, we work a lot! We are looking for someone clean, quiet, chill, responsible, nice person.
