David's room

Private room with bathroom, breakfast kitchen, and closet. This is the only room in the basement, so it’s quiet with a private entrance through the garage. Carpets were recently steam cleaned. 5 minutes away from neighborhood supermarkets, dining options, drugstores and a hospital. 10 minutes away from Oak Mountain State Park. House is located on a quiet street in the Deering Downs community with off-street parking. The room stays nice and cool throughout the day.

I recently moved in and currently it’s just me working out of the main floor of the house. I work from home, keep to myself, and don’t stay up late. No pets.
