We have a private room with bathroom, breakfast kitchen, and closet up for rent. This is the only room on the bottom floor, it’s quiet with a private entrance through the garage. The house is located on a safe and quiet cul-de-sac in the Dearing Downs community with off-street parking. Our next door neighbor is a Helena police officer as well. We’re 5 minutes away from Helena supermarkets, dining options, drugstores and a hospital. 10 minutes away from Hoover and Oak Mountain State Park.

Included is a fair amount of space in the garage for storage, located adjacent to the room. It’s about the size of a large storage unit. The previous tenant is leaving a deep freezer in this area along with the mini fridge in the room.

Move in will become available on August 15th. Preferably looking for a long term roommate with a 1-year lease, but can be flexible. All utilities are included.

Currently it’s just me in the upstairs part of the house. I’m an engineer and travel frequently, no pets
