Brand new house in an upscale, diverse community. Situated near UTC Mall, UCSD, beautiful La Jolla beaches and Miramar Air Base. The room for rent is the primary suite with a large en suite bathroom and large closet. It comes fully furnished.
Open plan kitchen, living, dining, and powder room for all to use. Side yard free for everyone to enjoy. Please respect other renters personal space and belongings.
