It would be a studio like situation, I recently moved into a one bedroom apartment but the living room area is completely bare, you would have completely control over how to make your layout in that space within reason. The apartment complex comes with a 24hr gym, pool and laundry room. There are two different gyms, three pools and laundry rooms. There is also covered parking and options for a wifi plan.

I’m a student at ASU and I spend most of my time doing homework or studying if i’m not working. This is a cat friendly apartment, I would like to be friends or at least friendlyish with my roommate. I do value cleanliness and my privacy, so I’ll respect your boundaries as long as you respect mine.
