In search of a roommate in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This person will reside in the spacious and lovely furnished ensuite Master. Very private, located on one side of the condo with owner on the other side. Shared common areas include Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, Deck, and Washer/Dryer in unit. All Utilities, Wi-Fi, and Netflix included! Parking is off-street in parking lot. Condo is on 3rd (top) floor with amazing views south facing, no elevator. Ideal roommate will be a quiet female, neat/clean, easygoing, and respectful. In addition to keeping their area clean, also helping keep common areas clean. Condo is close to grocery store and not far to downtown. No pets and no smoking/drugs. Owner has a female 5yr old black Lab, so need someone that likes dogs! If interested, reach out with a short Bio and why you are interested in this rental. After an initial discussion, an appointment may be offered to view the Condo. If the prospect is interested after viewing the space, a background check and credit report will be done (soft pull) and references will be contacted. If accepted, a mutually agreed upon move in date will be determined, a contract signed by owner and renter, and the first month rent ($950/mo) plus a damage deposit ($500) will be required. I am a professional female in my 60’s and I have a female black lab who likes a lot of attention! The neighbors in this community are very friendly, it is a quiet place to live. Walking distance to the grocery store and downtown is very close. Short commute to Bozeman and surrounding areas.
